Quarterly visits by the Quality Control officer insure that the common areas of each community are maintained to the high standards expected by residents. He will conduct a full property inspection and uncover any overlooked maintenance or aesthetic issues before they become a problem. A full report with digital pictures is presented to the Property Manager to discuss with the Board of Directors.
