Our Code Enforcement Officer will make bimonthly visits at varied times. He will drive and or walk throughout the community with a digital camera to take pictures and send violation letters to any home not in compliance with the By-laws of your Association. The code enforcement officer is supplemental to the property manager, who will also be performing this task. Letters are approved and signed by the Property Manager then mailed to the resident(s). Included in each month's management report is a detailed "Violation Report" with all open and closed violations for the current month.
