With a backyard of the Intracoastal Waterway, condo views of the ocean and Turnberry's Miller Golf Course, the Hamptons South community offers styled-living in an upscale atmosphere.
One is greeted to the property - which also includes a West tower and gatehouse, or clubhouse, shared by both buildings - by a waterfall at the front entrance.
And it doesn't stop there.
Every week, fresh flowers in a unique design are delivered to the lobby, giving the space a comforting appeal.
Just off of each elevator is a private vestibule for every condominium, with a hallway on one side that leads to a private trash chute and laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The condos range in size from 2,970 to 3,600 square feet, with views overlooking Golden Beach and the ocean to the east, and the golf course to the west.
"The building is pretty close to what I would say a 5-star building is. We've got a lot of happy campers here," said Samuel Sorota, the condo board president for Hamptons South for five years. "We have good management, wonderful employees, everything is running smoothly."
"It's a wonderful way of living," he said.
Last year, the building underwent a renovation, with all new impact-glass windows, a redesign of the interior and elevator cabs - which now have granite floors, wood paneling, stainless steel handle bars and LED lighting - as well as having the outside of the building repainted.
And just last month, property manager Christian Ortiz oversaw the renovation of the children's playroom, which has a TV for watching Disney films, is filled with toys and has stickers on the wall depicting Toy Story characters and Cinderella.
And there are grand plans in the works to remodel the clubhouse, which are on display in the lobby.
The clubhouse contains a private restaurant that is open daily Tuesday through Saturday, a 1,900-seat movie theater where films are screened daily, a spa, dance room where Pilates classes are taught, a gym and racquetball courts.
The property also has two pools and tennis courts that were recently resurfaced and painted the colors of the U.S. Open - blue and green, Ortiz said.
"You don't ever have to leave this place," said Nick Bazar, the longtime restaurant manager. "You've got everything here."
